Reports to: General Manager
Location: Cardiff
Positions available: Full-time role based on 50 hours per week
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus

Experience working in kitchens essential, but full training will be provided.

- Delivering high-quality food on a daily basis
- Responsible for maintaining high level of cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Managing HACCP and maintaining daily cleaning/hygiene/temperature records
- Ordering, maintaining adequate stock levels throughout the site
- Coordinating with front of house team to keep them informed of dishes on offer
- Recording allergen information and relaying this to front of house team
- Maintaining a supportive and convivial culture
- Training other kitchen staff and aiding in their development
- Excellent communication skills
- Calm disposition, with a sense of urgency during busy periods
- Positive-mindedness and a ‘can-do attitude’ approach to all tasks

- Diligent and methodical approach to work
Reports to: General Manager
Location: Cardiff
Positions available: Part-time, permanent role based on 25 hours
Salary: £12 per hour
We are looking for someone reliable and organised, who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist the team in maintaining a high level of hygiene throughout the kitchen area and assist the chefs with basic food preparation where necessary. Experience working in kitchens preferred, although not essential.
